The Story
- Seed Depth: 1" (3cm)

- Sow outdoors in spring after last frost, or indoors three weeks before last frost. Grows best in warm, fertile, well-drained soil. Water consistently. Feed monthly with side dressing of compost or vegetable fertilizer.
- Harvest when shells are thumbnail hard. Cut from vine leaving a 1" handle. Cure outside for 7-10 days, but do not allow fruits to freeze. Fruits will keep for several months in a cool dry location.
